How we became plantation shutter specialists

We built Shutters Design around one clear service model: the people who discuss your windows should remain responsible for measuring, specifying and fitting the finished shutters.

“The person who measures your windows is the person who fits your shutters.”

Every enquiry, home survey, written specification and installation is handled by the same small family team. That keeps the advice tied to the real opening, the room conditions and the way you need the shutters to work.

If a simpler style or material is the better fit, we explain why. You receive a written quotation before ordering, and the same team stays available for fitting and aftercare.

Our Express range is made in Britain and usually follows the shorter 2 to 3 week route. When budget matters more than speed, Plan & Save uses the same agreed specification, is made overseas and usually takes 8 to 9 weeks. Your quotation identifies the route before you order.
