Standard shutter pricing is per square metre: Express Polycomposite is £315/sqm, Express Hardwood is £380/sqm, and Plan & Save is £260/sqm for both materials. Bays, tier-on-tier panels, shaped windows, and tracked doors need a survey before we can price them properly. You get a written quote after the survey, with no obligation and no pushy follow-up.

It depends which way you order. Express shutters are UK-made and usually fitted in about 2 to 3 weeks. Plan & Save shutters are made overseas to the same spec and take around 8 to 9 weeks at the lower Plan & Save rate. We confirm the exact date at the survey, before any deposit is taken.

Both have a premium painted finish, but Express pricing differs by material: Polycomposite is £315/sqm and Hardwood is £380/sqm. Plan & Save is £260/sqm for both. Polycomposite is waterproof, reinforced, better for thermal and noise insulation, and carries a 10-year guarantee. Hardwood is real basswood with timber character and a 5-year guarantee.

No. The survey is free in the towns we cover. We measure the windows, check the reveal and handle clearances, talk through style and material options, and leave you with a written quotation. No deposit is taken at the survey stage.

A manufacturer guarantee against defects: 5 years on Hardwood, 10 years on Polycomposite. The written guarantee confirms what is covered for the material you choose. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or Hardwood used in wet rooms.
