1930s semis along Hook Road, Christ Church Road, and the streets towards Ewell are the second pattern. The angled bay reveals shape the panels naturally, and full-height shutters with hidden tilt on a 76mm louvre is the most common spec.

Larger detached homes through Woodcote and the College Road conservation area are the third common priority. Mixed Hardwood / Polycomposite schemes across the whole house, with the bathroom-grade range running through wet areas.

Whole-house schemes on the 1930s semis along Hook Road, Christ Church Road, and the streets towards Ewell are one of our most common Epsom project types. A typical project covers 7 to 10 windows, single-day fit, often a mixed Hardwood / Polycomposite spec.

The consultation is a single home visit, usually 45 to 60 minutes for a flat or semi and 60 to 90 minutes for a Woodcote or College Road detached home. We measure every window, bring physical samples of both ranges, and leave with a written specification and quote within a couple of working days. There is no obligation at the visit and no deposit until you confirm the order.

For the College Road conservation area we confirm any consent requirements at the survey before manufacture. Most Epsom installations are completed in a single day.
