Installation Process
From first visit to fitted, in four steps
A straightforward process, with no unnecessary back-and-forth. We survey your windows at home with real samples, agree the exact specification, fit on the day, and stay reachable afterwards for any adjustment. The same team at every step.
Consultation
We visit your home, assess the windows, and talk through which shutter styles and materials make sense for each room. There's no obligation - just practical advice based on what we see.
Specification & Measure
We take precise measurements and confirm every detail: panel layout, frame style, louvre size, and finish. Everything is checked before anything is ordered.
Installation
When your shutters are ready, we fit them properly - checking alignment, louvre movement, and panel operation before we leave. We tidy up after ourselves.
Aftercare
We stay available after fitting for adjustments, care advice, and any warranty queries. A phone call gets you the same team who fitted the shutters.
