Bespoke plantation shutters across KT13, from the gated estates of St George’s Hill and Burwood Park through the Edwardian villas off Queens Drive and the Brooklands corridor.
Family-run design, measuring, and installation by the same team. Both Hardwood and Polycomposite are available on Express or Plan & Save; we recommend the material by room conditions and whether real timber character matters.

Why Choose Us
Why Surrey homeowners choose us
A good set of shutters is only half the job. The rest is who measures them, who fits them, and whether the price was fair. Here is how we work across Surrey and South West London.
One team, start to finish
No subcontractors. The people who measure your windows are the people who fit them, and the same people you ring afterwards. We have been doing exactly this for over 15 years.
Two ways to order
In a hurry? Express shutters are UK-made and usually fitted in 2 to 3 weeks. Got a little time? Plan & Save takes around 8 to 9 weeks and can reduce the price by up to 25%. Same survey, same fitters.
Made to last
Polycomposite is waterproof, reinforced, better insulated, and covered by a 10-year manufacturer guarantee. Hardwood gives real basswood character with the same premium painted finish and a 5-year manufacturer guarantee.
Honest advice, room by room
We recommend what suits the room and the way you use it. The material decision is not about price: both materials cost the same, so the advice stays practical.
The Weybridge housing landscape
Weybridge sits in Elmbridge between the River Wey and the Brooklands heritage corridor, and the KT13 housing stock varies more than almost any other Surrey commuter town. We work across St George’s Hill and Burwood Park (the private gated estates), the broad Edwardian villas around Queens Drive and Old Avenue, the 1920s and 1930s detached homes on Brooklands Lane and Heathside, and the smaller riverside flats and terraces in the town centre.
That range matters for shutter design. The right specification on a 1908 Edwardian sash off Monument Hill is very different from what suits a 2020 contemporary glazed orangery on St George’s Hill. We measure each window individually and recommend the shutter layout, frame depth, and material that work for that opening, not a single house-wide finish slotted into every reveal.
Where shutters matter most in a Weybridge home
Principal reception rooms and bay-fronted morning rooms are usually the first priority. Even on St George’s Hill and Burwood Park, where the gated road and the plot size already provide privacy, the louvre control of a properly specified shutter still earns its place for solar control and daytime light shaping on south and west-facing rooms.
Master bedrooms, ensuites, and dressing rooms are the second pattern we see most often in the larger Weybridge homes. Polycomposite is the right call on the bathroom and ensuite side because it handles the humidity of larger steam-heavy bathrooms and carries a 10-year manufacturer guarantee.
Wide rear glazing on the contemporary luxury and renovation projects is the third priority. Tracked shutter runs sit on a top track across bifold or sliding doors that open onto the garden, sliding clear when the doors are open and closing flat across the full opening for evening privacy.
Common Weybridge shutter projects
Whole-house Hardwood schemes on the larger Edwardian villas around Queens Drive, Old Avenue, and Heathside are one of our most common Weybridge projects. A typical project covers 10 to 14 windows over two storeys, with full-height shutters on the front and side elevations, tier-on-tier on tall ground-floor sashes that look directly onto the pavement, and bathroom-grade Polycomposite running through the family bathrooms.
Larger schemes inside St George’s Hill and Burwood Park are the second regular pattern, and the brief is genuinely different. Twenty to thirty windows is normal across the principal house plus pool house and ancillary buildings. We typically run Hardwood with hidden tilt in the formal rooms, Polycomposite in the pool and wet rooms, and tracked configurations across the wider entertaining-room glazing. Fitting these usually runs over two or three days at the property.
Bay-fronted reception rooms on the 1920s and 1930s detached homes along Brooklands Lane and the wider Brooklands corridor are the third common project. The configuration is full-height shutters with hidden tilt on a 76mm louvre, matched precisely to the bay angles and the existing window meeting rails.
From first visit to fitted shutters
The consultation is a single home visit, usually 45 to 60 minutes for a smaller Weybridge property and 90 minutes or longer for the bigger St George’s Hill and Burwood Park schemes. We measure every window, bring physical samples of both ranges, and leave with a written specification and quote within a couple of working days. There is no obligation at the visit and no deposit until you confirm the order.
For visits inside St George’s Hill, Burwood Park, and the other private gated estates, we arrange visitor passes with the estate management office in advance and follow whatever access protocol the estate prefers. Most installations are completed in one or two full days, with the largest whole-house schemes occasionally running into a third.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The team covers the whole KT13 postcode, from St George’s Hill and Burwood Park through the town centre, the Brooklands corridor, and the streets towards Walton Bridge. Surveys and installation visits within KT13 are free of travel charge.
Regularly. The private gated estates in Weybridge are some of our larger and most common project types. We are comfortable with the bigger window counts (typically 20 to 30 across the principal house and ancillary buildings), the longer fit days these homes often need, and the access protocols for the estate management.
We contact the estate management office in advance to arrange visitor passes for the survey and the installation days, and we follow whatever access procedure the estate prefers. The management at St George’s Hill and Burwood Park are well practised at this and the process is straightforward.
Yes. The bigger Edwardian villas across that part of Weybridge are one of our most common project types. The right specification on a 1908 Edwardian sash is usually full-height shutters with hidden tilt on a 76mm louvre, sized so the frame and meeting rails match the original window precisely.
A 6 to 10 window Weybridge home is normally fitted in a single day. Larger schemes on St George’s Hill, Burwood Park, or bigger Edwardian villas (15+ windows) run into a second or occasionally third day, which we confirm in writing before the date is booked.
