Repair and maintenance assessments are free across the core service area, with a clear written quotation provided on the day. We do not give blind quotes over the phone.

Installation Process
From first visit to fitted, in four steps
A straightforward process, with no unnecessary back-and-forth. We measure your windows, consult using real samples, agree on the specification, and stay reachable afterwards for any adjustment. The same team at every step.

We visit your home, look at the windows, and talk through the shutter styles and materials that make sense for each room. No obligation, just practical advice.
Specification & Measure
We take precise measurements and confirm the details: panel layout, frame style, louvre size, material, and finish. Everything is checked before anything is ordered.
Installation
The shutters are fitted by our own team. We check alignment, louvre movement, and panel operation, then tidy up before leaving.
Aftercare
After fitting, we remain available for adjustments, care advice, and warranty questions. If something needs attention, you speak to us directly.

No. We repair, maintain, and fit plantation shutters from any brand. A significant share of our work is on shutters originally sourced from national retailers, online suppliers, or installers who are no longer trading. We assess every job on its own merits.

We aim to respond quickly across the core service area, often same day or next day for straightforward repair enquiries. New installations are scheduled around the manufacturing lead time: usually about 2 to 3 weeks for Express (UK-made), or around 8 to 9 weeks for Plan & Save.
Repairs fix something that has gone wrong (a snapped louvre, a misaligned panel, a tilt rod that has come loose). Maintenance keeps shutters in good condition before anything fails (deep cleaning, hinge lubrication, refinishing). If you are not sure which you need, the assessment visit will tell you.
New-installation surveys are free, no obligation. Repair and maintenance assessments are also free across the core service area, with a clear written quotation provided on the day. We do not give blind quotes over the phone because the fault has to be seen.
Yes, on request. Annual or twice-yearly maintenance visits can be scheduled in advance for landlords, agents, and small commercial sites. Get in touch with the property details and we will put together a service-contract quote.
