What are the different types of shutters?
There are lots of different types of shutters, styles such as: Full Height Shutters, Tier on Tier Shutters, Cafe Style Shutters, Solid Panel Shutters, Tracked, and Special Shapes, please view our SHUTTERS page for more detailed information on our shutters.
What are the colours and stains available?
There are a large number of colours and stains available across the entire range, from whites to stained wood as well as custom colours. Our shutters are sealed with a U.V protective lacquer to ensure the paint or stain finish applied to your interior shutters does not fade with time as the shutters are exposed to the sun.
What are the different louvre sizes?
Here at Shutters Design, we offer 5 different types of louvre sizes, 50mm, 63mm, 76mm, 89mm and 114mm. We will show you all the different louvre sizes for you to pick from when we come to do our survey and measurements.

How long does the whole process take?
Your shutters will be ready to install within 6 – 8 weeks. We will give you a confirmation 2 weeks before the installation, in order to arrange the installation at your convenience.
Fitting and Warranty
We provide a 5 year guarantee across our entire range of shutters. Our expert fitters will be providing the installation of your shutters so that you are guaranteed the perfect service.
How do I maintain my shutters?
Interior shutters are a very low maintenance product, only requiring just wipe down with a damp cloth or a feather duster every few weeks.
